Returns & refunds

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.

Change-of-mind returns

Items must be unused, complete, clean, and returned in their original packaging. Items showing signs of pet use, hair, odor, wear, or damage are not eligible for a change-of-mind return. Bundles must be returned as a complete set.

Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are not refundable. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us through our Contact page as soon as possible after delivery and include your order number and photos if available. Please wait for our return instructions before sending anything back. If a return is needed for an item that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Pawpawp will cover the return shipping.

How to start a return

Contact us before shipping any item back. Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will issue the refund to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post it.
